A frightening case and worth reading if you are "into" law.Most lawyers, if they are any good, will try to keep you from ever having to step foot in a courtroom. You'll understand why, when you read about Capitol Records, Inc. v. Naxos. It's a jaw-dropping decision that is so weird, when a journalist first sent it to me, I thought it was a joke. Weird things can happen in courtrooms, which is why you should try to stay out of them, and that seems especially true when Beatles music is soon to enter the public domain in the UK.
