Another Surplus. What a Mess.

Those damn commie Canadians are having to wrestle with another surplus. Their version of Republicans want tax cuts for the wealthy (I guess because it works so well down here - monkey see monkey do), while others want to blow the money on healthcare, education, infrastructure - stupid stuff like that.

I sure wish our Socialist souless non-believing cousines to the north would get their act together.
